Refund & Exchange Policy
Alreda Stores – Al Reda for Electrical Motors
At Alreda Stores, we are committed to protecting customer rights and providing original, high-quality products, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
1. Refund & Exchange Period (Inside Egypt)
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and purchase invoice are provided
In accordance with Article (17) of the law.
2. Electrical Products & Spare Parts
- Electrical products and spare parts are not eligible for refund or exchange once opened, installed, or used.
- Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to technical inspection.
- Factory-sealed products must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible.
3. Custom-Made Products
The following products are considered custom-made and prepared specifically according to customer requirements:
- Factory-manufactured Voltage Stabilizers (made to specification)
- Products sold by meter or by kilogram and prepared, cut, weighed, or customized upon order
These products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once preparation or manufacturing has started or after delivery.
Exceptions apply only in cases of proven manufacturing defects or shipping damage, verified by our authorized technical team.
This policy is applied in accordance with Article (17) of the Law and Article (25) of its Executive Regulations.
4. International Orders (Outside Egypt) 🌍
- All international orders require full advance payment, including shipping costs.
- Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, subject to inspection.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, clearance charges, and any fees imposed by the destination country are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Alreda Stores is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or international shipping providers.
5. General Conditions
- All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
- Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Alreda Stores reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
