3. Special Orders & Custom-Made Products
Cancellation is not permitted for:

- Products cut, weighed, or prepared specifically for the customer.
- These orders cannot be canceled once preparation or manufacturing has begun.
4. International Orders
- International orders cannot be canceled after payment due to immediate processing and export preparation.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and international handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or incomplete customer information:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- The order cannot be canceled after shipment.
